A KS4 worksheet resource to practise concepts around data handling.
In the activity, from raw data, students are asked to:
- complete a grouped frequency table
- identify the group that contains the median
- complete an fx column and find an estimate for the mean
- complete a cumulative frequency column and draw a cumulative frequency graph
- find the median and quartiles and draw a box plot
- find the Interquartile range
- complete a frequency density column and draw a histogram
There is an accompanying Excel file to enable further development and practice.
