Question grid for 'A Christmas Carol'

An excellent revision quiz for A Christmas Carol using higher order questions which are neatly organised in a grid, making it ideal for classroom use. Students roll a dice twice to determine which questions they answer, using the horizontal numbers for the first dice and the vertical numbers for the second dice. Would also work well as a paired or group activity.
