A really original idea for a persuasive task, this resource provides a helpful structure for a homework task and group work in class.
Students complete some initial research (hoovering at home!), before designing and presenting their ideas for a new vacuum cleaner. Includes follow-up extension tasks which could be set for homework. (NB This task could be easily adapted to any other household appliance.)
