Creation of tension

A series of activities to help students explore how tension is created in the novel Rani and Sukh by Bali Rai. Students are provided with a list of techniques the author uses and their task is to find evidence of these techniques being used and write an explanation of their effects. There are two essay style questions for students to answer at the end of the resource.
