Roll a lunch - subitizing

An engaging way to reinforce dice concepts with children.

Children roll a dice and use the key to find out what to draw. Give them a time limit of 5 or 10 minutes and then ask them to count how many of each item they have drawn. Includes two versions for differentiation.

This resource is suitable for the early years classroom and as support in year 1. It is differentiated to two levels and includes teaching notes.
