Students take on the role of German travel agents in this activity. Reading the holiday requirements of four different customers, they work together to research the best holidays for each person (within a set budget), using travel brochures or websites. They must then complete a table with notes on their recommendations, including three selling points for each holiday choice. This could then be used for a role-play, with students taking on the roles of the different customers or the travel agent to discuss possible holidays.
