Global food supply

A skills-based resource looking at global patterns in food supply. Students identify and compare patterns in global food consumption, production and food security. They also begin to consider the reasons for increased food consumption and how this varies globally. They annotate images of HIC and LIC food production and consider why this makes supply and production uneven.
